About

Riley Vahed

I’ve been inside YouTube for over a decade. I started on the creator side, moved into strategy, and co-founded an agency called Vision Seek. Somewhere along the way I racked up over 2 billion views across the channels I’ve worked on.

This site is where I share what those reps taught me: AI-first tools, creator systems, monetization lessons and the practical leverage behind channels that actually pull revenue.

If you’re trying to turn your zone of genius into something that compounds, this is for you. I write about what to automate, what to build yourself and what still needs your judgment.

The Trap

Most creators stall because they’re buried in everything around the video. Research, scripting, thumbnails, titles, publishing, analytics. They end up filming less because they’re managing more.

The ones who break through aren’t working harder. They’ve just figured out what to ignore.

How I Work

I don’t chase views. I optimize for sessions. A video that keeps someone watching three more videos is worth more than a viral hit that bounces.

Most creators run into the same problem. Good content, wrong system. Fix the system and the channel starts compounding.

I take on a small number of clients at a time. If your channel should be doing more than it is, let’s talk.

You can also find me on LinkedIn, where I share more tools and ideas behind the work.
