How this site got built
I didn’t hire a developer. I didn’t use Webflow or Squarespace or any of the drag-and-drop builders I’ve tried before. I sat down with Claude Code, Anthropic’s AI coding tool, told it what I wanted, and watched it build.
Not “helped me build.” Built. Like, actually wrote every file, figured out the deployment, debugged the DNS records, argued with Vercel, and shipped the thing.
A few hours ago this was a blank terminal. Now it’s a live website at a real domain with security headers, a clean design, and a blog. Not bad for an afternoon.
Why I’m building this
I’ve been doing YouTube strategy for 11 years. I’ve helped creators and businesses build channels that actually generate leads, not just views, not just subscribers, but real revenue.
Most of what I know lives in my head, in client calls, in the analytics dashboards I stare at every week. This site is where I start putting it somewhere permanent.
The plan is simple: write about what actually works, backed by data from real channels. No generic “post consistently” advice. No algorithm worship. Just the stuff that moves numbers.
